Perham-area home lit with warm white roofline lights
Our story

Built on repeat customers

Perham Pressure Washing started with exterior cleaning — siding, concrete, decks and roofs for homes and cabins around the lakes. The work was simple: be on time, protect the property, leave it better than we found it.

Holiday lighting grew straight out of that trust. Our experienced team uses high-quality, energy-efficient lights to create stunning displays tailored to your liking — and because we already know your roofline, the fit is exact.

Milestones

How we got here

  1. The beginning

One trailer, one pressure washer, and a promise to show up on time in Perham and the surrounding lakes towns.

  2. Word spread

Driveways turned into full house washes, decks, roofs and commercial storefronts across Otter Tail County.

  3. The Christmas question

Customers kept asking if we'd hang their lights too. We bought the clips, learned the craft, and never looked back.

  4. Today

Hundreds of homes lit each season, with in-season repairs, January takedown and storage handled for every customer.

Neighbors say

Lakes-area homeowners, in their words

"They mapped out our roofline, hung everything in an afternoon, and returned after the season to take it down. Best money we spend all year."

Dana R.

Perham, MN

"Our lake home has never looked better. Warm white on the roofline and wrapped trees — neighbors keep asking who did it."

Mike & Sheila T.

Detroit Lakes, MN

"One bulb section went out after a storm. Texted them and it was fixed the next morning. No charge, no hassle."

Josh P.

Vergas, MN

"They pressure washed our siding in September and lit the house in November. Same crew, same care, both times."

Carrie L.

New York Mills, MN

"We manage three storefronts downtown. They handled sidewalks and lighting before Small Business Saturday and made us look great."

Brad K.

Fergus Falls, MN
