Our story

From driveways to rooftops

We started Perham Pressure Washing with one trailer and a simple promise: show up, do careful work, and treat every home like it's on our own street. Year after year, customers asked the same question come November — "Could you hang our Christmas lights too?"

So we did. Our experienced team uses high-quality, energy-efficient lights to create stunning displays tailored to your liking. Today we light homes and storefronts across Perham, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, New York Mills, Vergas and Ottertail.

Christmas Lights By PPW is the professional Christmas light installation division of Perham Pressure Washing LLC, based in Perham, Minnesota.

How it works

Four steps, zero ladders

  1. 1

    Free consultation & custom design

We walk your property (or review photos), talk through warm white vs. multicolor, and design a display that fits your home exactly — not a boxed kit.

  2. 2

    Professional, careful installation

Commercial-grade clips on shingles and gutter lips, with proper methods applied carefully and safely. Energy-efficient LED lights cut to your rooflines.

  3. 3

    We maintain it all season

A section goes dark after a storm? Call or text. In-season repairs and bulb replacement are included, at no extra charge.

  4. 4

    Takedown & storage

We take everything down carefully and store your lights until next season.

Neighbors say

Lakes-area homeowners, in their words

"They mapped out our roofline, hung everything in an afternoon, and returned after the season to take it down. Best money we spend all year."

Dana R.

Perham, MN

"Our lake home has never looked better. Warm white on the roofline and wrapped trees — neighbors keep asking who did it."

Mike & Sheila T.

Detroit Lakes, MN

"One bulb section went out after a storm. Texted them and it was fixed the next morning. No charge, no hassle."

Josh P.

Vergas, MN

"They pressure washed our siding in September and lit the house in November. Same crew, same care, both times."

Carrie L.

New York Mills, MN

"We manage three storefronts downtown. They handled sidewalks and lighting before Small Business Saturday and made us look great."
